In accordance with CAP 396 and the Air Navigation Order, Statutory Instrument No. 2004, Schedule 11, Articles 61 and 63, a document folder is provided containing all the relevant documentation for the aircraft, as itemised below; 

1. Certificate of Registration (CofR).

2. Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA).

3. Noise Certificate.

4. Certificate of Approval of Aircraft Radio Installation.

5. Aircraft Radio Licence.

6. Certificate of Maintenance Review.

7. Certificate of Release to Service.

8. Certificate of Insurance.

9. Certificate of Approval for CAA Testing.

10. UK AIP ENR 1.12 - Interception of Civil Aircraft.

In addition, the following separate documents are to be made available to any pilot using the aircraft, before each and every flight; 

1. Technical Log.

2. Deferred Defect Record.

3. Pilots’ Operating Handbook.
